Hi, I’m Shannan.
Blissful Being began as a place to share the practices that were supporting me through grief and anxiety, and it has grown into a structured space for women who want steady, meaningful support in their lives.
After twenty years in the accounting world, I chose to build something different. What started as personal practice became formal training and deep study.
I am a Reiki Master, Mindfulness Teacher and a yoga teacher in training with a focus on Kundalini. My work weaves mindfulness, energy work, sound, and movement into experiences that are grounded, practical, and rooted in real life.
This space is built from lived experience and sustained practice.

Sip and Sound is my weekly online gathering, released every Tuesday morning around 9 am.
Each episode begins with a brief reflection. What’s in my cup. What’s present for me. What I am holding gratitude for.
Then we move into a ten minute sound practice designed to help you pause and recalibrate.

A simple way to stay connected to this work without needing an hour or a deep dive.
