For women navigating grief, anxiety or life's tender seasons
Blissful Being is a warm, grounded space for women who are ready to slow down and build a daily practice that fits their life.
Mindfulness. Reiki. Sound. Yoga. Online and in person in Campbell River, BC.
There are different ways to enter this space.
You begin where it feels right.
Hi, I'm Shannan.
I know what it feels like to be holding a lot and not quite knowing where to put it down. Blissful Being grew out of my own experience with grief and anxiety and the practices that genuinely helped me find steadiness again.
I am a Reiki Master, Mindfulness Teacher and yoga teacher whose practice continues to deepen through a current Kundalini immersion. My work weaves mindfulness, energy work, sound and movement into experiences that are grounded, practical and rooted in real life.
This space is built from lived experience and sustained practice.
You are so welcome here.
The Bay Leaf Wish Ritual is a simple, intentional practice you can try at home tonight. It takes just a few minutes and it is completely free, my gift to you.
Each week I show up with my cup, share what is in it, what I am grateful for and what is present for me. Then we settle into a ten minute sound practice to help you pause and recalibrate.
Raw. Real. Completely free.
Join live or listen back whenever it suits you.

Inner Peace Club Member
“I joined the Inner Peace Club in the early days and I’ve stayed because it keeps evolving. The practices feel thoughtful and real. Some months I engage deeply, some months I dip in quietly, and both feel supported.”
1:1 Custom Meditation + Sound Journey
“I didn’t realize how much I needed that session. I felt held the entire time. The meditation and sound felt intentional and deeply caring. It wasn’t dramatic, just steady and loving. I left feeling more like myself than I had in a very long time.”
Reiki Session
"The combination of Reiki, tuning forks, and music felt layered and intentional. The touch was gentle and grounding, almost like the comfort of being held without needing to say anything. I left feeling safe and supported."
The Inner Peace Club is open and waiting for you.
