Why I Created the Inner Peace Club
I didn’t set out to build a membership.
I set out to survive my own hard seasons — the anxiety that crept in during quiet moments, the panic attacks that shook me during COVID, the way grief and exhaustion would settle into my bones some days like fog.
In those moments, I didn’t need a program or a perfect plan.
I needed something small… something that could hold me while I found my way back to myself.
So I started gathering practices. Little ones. Honest ones. The meditations that helped me sleep. The rituals I created from what I had on hand. The playlists I looped on days when silence felt too loud. The writing prompts that gave shape to what I couldn’t yet say out loud.
Eventually, those practices turned into something bigger than me and I realized I didn’t want to keep them to myself anymore.
The Inner Peace Club is the space I wish I had when I was struggling most.
It’s a collection of everything I’ve learned to lean on — shared with you, from one woman to another, with no pressure and no performance.

I’m Shannan — a woman, a guide, a forever student of this messy, magical path we call being human.
The Inner Peace Club wasn’t born from theory.
It was born from lived experience — anxiety, yes… but also grief, chronic overgiving, burnout, heartbreak, deep spiritual reawakening, psilocybin journeys, years of therapy, big joy, small rituals, and a stubborn refusal to give up on myself.
