A Half-Day Retreat on Lower Vancouver Island for Women Who Want to Feel Grounded, Clear, and Connected  

  

Join Stef and Shannan for a small, intimate morning retreat on Stef’s forested property on the Malahat. This experience brings together movement, nature, and release to help you reconnect with your body. 

  

This half-day retreat includes: 

• Outdoor Wak + Anger Release Practice  

We begin on the land with a guided practice to help you let go of what has been heavy so you can step into the morning with more space. 

• Sound Journey  

A grounding sound experience led by Shannan to support presence, pause, and inner steadiness. 

• Nourishing Catered Lunch  

A wholesome meal to enjoy together in community. 

• Group Training and Movement Demos  

Stef will guide movement that supports real bodies in real seasons, helping you feel strong, capable, and connected. 

• Sauna and Cold Plunge  

Close the morning with contrast therapy if you feel called, giving your system a clear, honest, embodied reset. 

**This retreat is intentionally limited to six women so the space stays personal, comfortable, and grounded.
