The days are growing shorter, and it feels like the perfect moment to pause.
To rest a little deeper. To breathe together.
This gathering is a soft online space to exhale and reconnect with yourself, your body, and the quiet comfort of community.
You don’t need to prepare or bring anything special.
A pillow, a blanket, maybe a candle or cup of tea if it feels right.
Just come as you are and let the energy meet you there.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, move into Reiki and sound, and close with stillness.
